		<description>I agree with you. how can the pot call the kettle black. it might not seem important that African leaders respond. after all, how does this change things. However, if African leaders respond, the wider international community will feel more comfortable about taking action. some have advocated for decisive military intervention a la Iraq, but this cannot be possible without the cooperation of African leaders. this is why it is so important that our leaders respond.

how do we create good governance in Africa. well that is another issue that cannot be adequately exhausted here.</description>
